Martin Luther King Jr. Remembrance Day

Every year, the Stop the Wars committee plans and facilitates an event in January, in remembrance of Martin Luther King, Jr.

Friday, January 22, 2021 – 7 pm

Join LEPOCO zoom program honoring Martin Luther King, Jr., and the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW), on the day when the TPNW goes into effect with 50+ ratifying countries.  We will gather to celebrate with the traditional reading from MLK’s Riverside Church, “Beyond Vietnam” speech – his most recognized speech for peace.  Contact LEPOCO 610-691-8730 or for the link to the program.
